Nightscapes is a solo photography exhibition by Toronto based artist Moira Ness. The series explores empty urban landscapes and experiments with nocturnal light studies, revealing unseen spatial relationships illuminated by ambient night lighting. Nondescript landscapes are dramatized through careful composition and light balance and surreal atmospheres emerge through subtle digital manipulation.
