SUMMARY:Future Frequencies 2026
DESCRIPTION:Future Frequencies is a creative writing & radio broadcasting program for youth ages 14-18. The program runs in two parts. In the first\, participants will be mentored by writer Jingshu Yao to hone their craft and put together creative writing pieces. The second half of the program will focus on radio production\, under the guidance of Met Radio staff. Participants will work in-studio at Toronto Metropolitan University to record and edit their pieces\, which will air on Met Radio! \n\n\n\nLocations  \n\n\n\n\nRaucous Caucus Collective Studio @ Kensington Market\n\n\n\nMet Radio @ TMU\n\n\n\n\nLocation schedule will be sent out upon registration confirmation. \n\n\n\nProgram Bonus: $150 honorarium for completing the program + meal served at every workshop. \n\n\n\nRegistration: Registration is required and spots are limited!
