NOTICE – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2015
It’s our AGM time of year again, which means an exciting opportunity to get involved and learn more about Lakeshore Arts! We invite all members, and anyone interested in helping us achieve Lakeshore Arts’ goals, to attend our Annual General Meeting on Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Smith Zone Gallery (2422 Lake Shore Blvd. West) at 6:30pm.
The meeting will address the following:
- Receive and consider the president’s report, the executive director’s report, the financial statements and the report of the auditors;
- Appoint auditors and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
- Elect directors;
- Transact any further business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Members in good standing are eligible to vote. Memberships will also be available at the AGM. If you cannot attend but would like to vote, please complete our proxy form and return it by November 2nd, 2015.
