Lakeshore Arts is seeking a 2SLGBTQI+ digital illustrator to design our 2024/25 Q Summit printed & digital anthology. The illustrator will create digital designs and illustrations to accompany poetic works, as well as the anthology layout for print and digital use.
About the Project:
Q Summit is Lakeshore Arts’ poetry and spoken word mentorship program that provides a creative development space for 2SLGBTQ+ youth ages 19 to 29. During the mentorship, participants free-write, share works within community, and receive feedback all while exploring a wide range of queered realms. To wrap up the program, participants contribute their new poetic works to LSA’s annual poetry anthology.
Details
Scope of Work: The anthology has ranged from 30 to 50 pages in length in the past.
Artist Fee: $2,500
