LSA is looking for a new Executive Director!

Do you have a passion for the arts, and a passion for building community? Then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a passionate Executive Director who is excited to lead our organization.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall operations, and day-to-day management of Lakeshore Arts. We are seeking an energetic, innovative and charismatic leader who will champion our arts programming and re-establish our storefront location as a hub for community engagement.

We are looking for someone with a demonstrated passion for community arts programming that is equitable, inclusive, and diverse, and with strong interpersonal, supervisory, and transformational leadership skills.

Previous experience in a senior management role in the non-profit arts sector is an asset!

This is a full-time, permanent position (40hrs per/week)
