Lakeshore Arts wrapped up our 2014-2015 fiscal year on July 31st, 2015. When we look back, we can hardly believe how much was accomplished! From the imaginative cityscapes created at our Culture Days’ Cardboard Community workshops, to celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Lakeshorts International Short Film Festival, to being a key player in both the Cultural Hotspot West initiative, and Zone 5 of the Pan Am Path – every season had our community bustling with creative energy!
The year saw Lakeshore Arts run over 90 community projects, work with over 1,500 children and youth, hire over 150 professional artists, and engage nearly 3,000 local community members. WOW! We could not have done it without the support of our many talented community partners, our stakeholders, and the continued support from all levels of government.
Our 2014-2015 IMPACT report is now available online, and will give you a snapshot of who we are, and what we can accomplish with a team of dedicated and passionate staff, and invested volunteers and Board of Directors. Thank you to everyone who made our last fiscal year so successful! We look forward to working with you in the new year.
