Each session invites participants into a guided process of creation and reflection that explores themes such as identity, resilience, gratitude, and empowerment.
Priority is given to folks with lived experience of mental health and/or addiction issues. No experience is required for this course. All materials are provided.
Registration is required for this program. Please note there is a limit to the number of participants. Only selected participants will be contacted with a confirmation email.
