REGISTERED – Some Bodies, Some Buddies (@ Arts Etobicoke)
March 11 @ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Registration is open from January 30th to February 13th!
“Some Bodies, Some Buddies” is a constellation of art-based workshops of holistic well-being that wander through the landscapes of the mental, emotional, physical, and relational bodies. Each session becomes a small journey into identity, resilience, embodied care, and empowerment — an invitation to listen to the stories the body holds. Through creation, reflection, and shared imagination, participants explore the threads and meanings that shape their inner worlds and discover how these processes echo through their everyday lives.
Open to adults and seniors. Priority is given to folks with lived experience of mental health and/or addiction issues. No experience is required for this course! All materials are provided.
Registration is now full for this program. Please note there is a limit to the number of participants. Only selected participants will be contacted with a confirmation email.
